TechGuide LLC (“we” or “the Company”) recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of people who use the Ready Mock prototype assessment service (“the Service”). We handle personal information appropriately in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.

2. Information we collect

2.1 When you use the assessment

  • Company or organization name
  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your answers to the assessment
  • Referral code, if supplied

2.2 Sales partner registration

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and optional company name
  • Sales experience, available networks and channels, motivation, and availability
  • Optional questions and information needed to pay rewards, including bank details

2.3 Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device information, date and time of access
  • Referring URL, pages viewed, and scroll depth
  • Referral-link access history and related aggregate statistics

3. How we use information

  • To provide the assessment and create and deliver results
  • To respond to inquiries and support users
  • To analyze and improve the Service
  • To provide service or campaign information when you have consented
  • To prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations
  • To review and manage sales partners, referral links, activity, and rewards
  • To provide partner dashboards, statistics, support, and tax documentation

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the Service is used and to improve its content and usability. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device details, viewing behavior, and scroll depth.

We do not send assessment answers, names, email addresses, session IDs, authentication tokens, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. Data collected by Google is handled under Google's terms and privacy policy.
