Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern use of Ready Mock, provided by TechGuide LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

The Service provides:

• An IT-tool assessment for businesses
• System recommendations based on assessment results
• Custom prototype creation
• Development services for production implementation
• Other services designated by the Company

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to people who:

• Represent a company or sole proprietorship
• Agree to these Terms
• Provide accurate information
• Are not associated with organized crime or antisocial forces

4. Prototype service conditions

We may create a prototype based on your requirements at no charge. Prototypes are provided only for evaluation and may not be used commercially. If you wish to proceed, we may propose paid production development under a separate agreement. Intellectual property in a prototype belongs to the Company; ownership for production work is determined in the applicable individual agreement.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Provide false information
• Infringe another party’s intellectual property rights
• Violate applicable laws
• Cause harm to the Company or a third party
• Interfere with operation of the Service
• Use a prototype commercially or transfer or sell it to a third party

6. Personal information

We manage personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

• Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service.
• Assessment results are reference information; users remain responsible for implementation and investment decisions.
• Prototypes are not guaranteed to operate in production, and the Company is not liable for production-use defects.
• The Company has no duty to mediate disputes with third parties.

8. Changes or termination of the Service

We may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice and are not liable for resulting losses.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service.
